Atx Tax Server Connect Issue.

In the following week we have seen some users are facing issues with ATX tax server. There has been delay with the service due to which users are not able to fix the connection issue with the server. As check for the current situation we have prepared a list of problem related to it and also the solution to fix the server. First we will be looking at the cause.

·         In the following error user will not be able to connect to the server.

·         Even while connecting to the ATX server users will face issues with the connection.

Solution for server connection issue.

·         User will have to open the service with Windows Administrator permission.

·         Next user will have to locate for the ATX 2013 service.

·         If the service is not available than uninstall the ATX 2013 and reinstall it using a CD or a installation file.

·         If the service is shown disabled at the beginning than users will have to manually enable the service.

Apply the following changes and users will be again able to connect Atx tax server.
